Submission on the issues of turbine noise and flicker

Acceptance of public submissions for the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government Wind Energy Guidelines Focused Review ended yesterday (Feb 14th). ECI’s full submission on the issues of turbine noise and flicker in the proposed revision of the 2006 Planning Guidelines  is available here as a downloadable PDF.
